Hello!
I am the voice behind Sought Out.
This space is an extension of my heart. It was born in a season when life felt uncertain, prayers felt unanswered, and everything felt heavy. There were moments I found myself asking if God still saw me. But in the quiet and in the ache, He did.
As I began to lean into His Word again, I found comfort in Isaiah 62. It reminded me that no matter how lost or overlooked we may feel, we are not forsaken. We are sought out by a loving God (Isaiah 62:12).
That truth changed something in me, and I knew it wasn’t meant to stay hidden.
I have always loved encouraging others and reminding people that there is light, even in uncertain seasons. I love connecting, listening, and helping others feel seen and safe, whether through words, shared moments, or simple acts of kindness. I find joy in pointing hearts back to hope.
Sought Out is an overflow of that: a place where faith meets honesty, where peace grows quietly, and where grace reminds us that God never stops calling us home.
My prayer is that when you read these words, you will feel what I once needed most: peace, belonging, faith, hope, and understanding. Because no matter how far we wander, His love still finds us.
And I am living proof of that.
What began as a personal journal became something I could no longer keep to myself. It became a place where I could process life, ask questions, and hold on to hope when everything felt uncertain.
Over time, those private words made their way onto social media.
One post led to another, and I realized I wasn’t only writing for me. I was writing for anyone who needed the same reminder I did.
With an educational background in psychology, I have always been drawn to understanding hearts. I love to listen, encourage, and help people find peace, even in difficult seasons.
My faith journey is still unfolding, and I write from inside it. As I read God’s Word and try to live it out in real life, I share what I am learning with honesty and gentleness. I pray it points others toward the abundant life God promises.
This is not polished teaching or preaching. It is simply my real walk with God, shared through stories.
When I’m not writing, you can find me exploring the world, reading, listening to music, having deep conversations, or sitting in silence and noticing the beauty of everyday life.
